I’ve been a customer of cosy aromas for 3 years and had built up a considerable stash that I’m only just getting towards the end of. They’ve produced some beautifully scented wax melts that leave a room smelling amazing even when the wax is solid. They’ve taken time to listen and respond to their customers whether it’s on their community page or directly to customers. Other products they’ve developed have been well received and they continually review their range to ensure their products are of high quality and that their customers are happy.

Excellent product. This is the second gate I’ve bought (first for the front door and this for the bottom of the stairs)and both have performed brilliantly. The gate itself folds neatly and unobtrusively back while not in use. Instructions included are clear and there are online versions also. Spare parts also available. Despatch and delivery were prompt and, as I asked for express delivery, I received my g8 the next morning after ordering.

Very busy with walk-ins even though I’d booked but still managed to complete the work in the time I’d expected. Very polite and friendly and had good deals.

My existing tumble dryer decided to pack up halfway through a drying cycle and after a few checks it was decided that the time had come to buy a new one. At this time of year, I needed one quickly and ao.com were able deliver what I wanted within two days. I’m a new customer and after ordering I noticed that I’d missed ticking the “recycle the old machine box” and couldn’t work out how to add this online. I only had to wait on the phone a few minutes before my call was taken, the additional service added and the order checked to make sure I hadn’t missed anything else (yep - I’d forgotten my mobile number needed delivery updates). Anyway all quickly fixed and, as advised, I got notification of 4 hour window for delivery first thing on the day. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful and the whole process has convinced me to use them again for future purchases. Very pleased

A little more communication during the delay due to COVID-19 would have made it 5 stars. Product is excellent - very comfortable yet supportive. Aches and pains we’d been experiencing (which we correctly thought were due to our old mattress), have now disappeared. Actual delivery was friendly and efficient.
