I was only pregnant once in the same year and gave birth to only one baby. But Tryg managed to charge my bank account multiple times in the same year for the same pregnancy insurance and continued to invoice me for the same insurance and sent Sergel to invoice me for the same insurance plus extra charges. I have paid a total of about 6000DKK and they have turned dead silent after I called and sent my complaints. I have received no replies on this matter so far. I need a refund. This is borderline collusion and theft from the two companies.

I advise everyone to check their bank accounts because I am charged multiple times by Tryg in the past few months for a pregnancy insurance that I purchased in early 2024. They also kept issuing invoices for the same policy that has already been paid for. But haven't processed the claim requests I made last year. I ended up being charged about DKK6000, which is ridiculous.

Ordered in December. Waited for 3 months. Never arrived.

Dr Catherine Taroni and Bernie are the best. They are extremely professional, efficient and responsive. I highly recommend them!
