Used this company to collect us from…FARO PORTUGAL

Used this company to collect us from FARO airport.
We followed their instructions to meet the driver at the meeting point but they never turned up.
Had to arrange a taxi instead to take us to our hotel.
They eventually rang me 1 hr later asking me where I was.
We paid them in advanced but they wont refund us the money.

Advice, DO NOT USE THEM

Bought a trampoline from this company

Bought a trampoline from this company. Noticed while putting it together that the quality of the metal was very poor and very light weight.
It lasted 4 weeks before the poles that hold up the netting began to rupture. (Only one child had been using it)
No comeback from this company.
Advised to stay well away and don't purchase from them.
