Review of Priority Pass

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Priority pass has declined its value over time

When I first started using Priority Pass a couple of years ago, I had a great experience. However, over time, the program has steadily lost its value.
Several lounges I used to frequent are no longer part of the network. Many that remain are poor quality, for example, the lounges in San Diego, Aruba, and Cabo San Lucas airports have terrible food and long wait times.
Some lounges have also started putting restrictions on Priority Pass users. For instance, during a recent trip to Houston, both lounges in Terminal D were unavailable to Priority Pass members during certain hours, unfortunately, the exact hours we were there.
Priority Pass used to offer credit for takeout food at some airports, which was a nice perk, but that benefit seems to have disappeared as well.
At this point, I’m not sure it’s worth keeping the membership anymore.

Reply from Priority Pass

Hi Taynara, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your recent experiences and understand your concerns. Over time, lounge networks and benefits can change. Some lounges may have waitlists or be temporarily closed to avoid overcrowding. The choice of refreshments and facilities available is entirely at their discretion and can vary from lounge to lounge and seasonally. We are actively working to expand our lounge network and enhance access for our members. Please keep an eye on our website (https://www.prioritypass.com/airport-lounges) for updates on new lounge locations and availability. Regards, Priority Pass
