It's a a scam claim to offer online work only to try to get you to invest your own money into a crypto scam. This is a company that provides a boosting scam fake reviews for businesses. All around horrible company!

Horrible company don't trust these…

Horrible company don't trust these people with your credit card I cancelled my subscription and still two months later these people are trying to still take money from my account. The worst part is after catching them stealing I have to waste a hour on the phone demanding a refund. I think I will just file a fraud report with the police and credit card company and they can sort it out. I would never of guessed they would try to steal from me. Americans can't trust them anymore.

Trying to get a bank card replacement…

Trying to get a bank card replacement has been a absolute nightmare the people at the call center has no clue how to do their jobs. Been trying to get a replacement bank card since before Christmas looks like it will take into the new year to solve this problem. It speaks volumes when a company has to delete negative reviews on their Facebook page. Most companies I deal with will try to resolve a customer complaint or issue before they delete reviews.

Purchased a RCA TV from here had it less than a year and the tv will not produce a picture any longer what a scam and Walmart doesn't stand behind its sales with any worth while supports so clearly I got ripped off but honestly I am more pissed at Walmart for even offering these junk TVs in the first place.

I can't log into my account this morning this is not uncommon for their online banking services! It is a complete waste of time to call them you are just put on hold only to have to wait for someone to call you back, then nothing no help no reason why the online banking is down we are supposed to put up with it. So I tried to get a membership again after I let my last one expire. Sadly after having a stroke, there is some information I just do not remember. So when I could not recall an old phone number from years ago I am given a hard time by this loser at the computer. If your company can't respect the medical needs of your customers clearly you need to take that business model back to America because it has no place here in Canada! Losers!

I have a ton of completed orders with…

I have a ton of completed orders with these guys the product and delivery are never the issue it's the payments mine always seem to get delayed with this "deposit in progress" then i have to cancel the payment with the bank one big pain in the ass. But once the payment is complete they do their thing they got nice flowers and even nicer prices best believe.

Update

Today I tried to place another order and I have had the worst time ever that I have decided this will be my last order with BB. I tried to be understanding but I have my limits.

Horrible customer service I got ghosted…

Horrible customer service I got ghosted after pointing out a issue with some of their spores they sent me. I purchased two types one was clean and no issues the other not so much. I would suggest finding a different company that actually offers real customer service like they claim to offer.

We exchanged emails I told you about the issue you asked for pictures I sent you five or six pictures to you within minutes then no response from you for hours like the better part of the day. So sorry if that leaves me feeling ignored and ghosted maybe you may want to better communicate with your customers. I really wish I could post the email exchange I am having with this wonderful example of what not to do as a business owner. What a total gem this person is.

These guys talk a great game but if they don't like your review of the customer service they don't publish it on their website. So the reviews on the website are all cherry picked another sign of a horrible business you say that 24 hours is fair when dealing with a complaint is that dealing with it to completion or is that to reply to information requested by you? You have all the excuses but no real plan to fix your horrible customer service other than to blame the customer. Real classy move. Forgot to update got a free ounce in the mail from these losers won't say what the ounce was but let's say it was not green. Sadly these smart guys forgot I live in BC were all drugs are legal so sending that was nothing more than putting money in my pocket. Even after all that it doesnt change the fact that your spores are complete trash.

Mark let us know about a potential issue with one of our products he received on March 8th by email and requested a discount for his next order, we replied to his inquiry requesting pictures of the issue in order to better assist him on March 8th. Mark replied with pictures and then followed up with 3 additional emails. In Mark's additional emails, he proceeds to call our customer service “trash” and products “trash”, then also threatens to leave a negative Trustpilot review. Our support did not see these emails until March 9th, when we replied.

We respond to all of our customer service inquiries as quickly as possible. I think a 24-hour response window is very fair considering we are a tiny team working hard to fulfill our orders and keep our customers happy. Instead of being patient like all of our other wonderful customers, Mark decided to spam us and tried to blackmail us with a bad review. We will not tolerate any abuse or blackmail attempts from customers. Mark is a primary example of the type of person we never want to do business with. We stand by our product and our customers. We will stop at nothing to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns feel free to reach out to us anytime.

After 3 days of no response to emails…

After 3 days of no response to emails and messages, I canceled the pending e-transfer. This company used to be awesome, but over the past few quarter-pound orders I noticed the customer service fall off. I will never be back nor would I ever trust them again to pre-pay for an order. What a way to run a good company into the ground.

Do you want to be lied to

Do you want to be lied to? Do you want to be treated as a second-class citizen? Then this is the medical provider for you! I made the mistake of thinking that all medical providers in Canada would not lie and go out of their way to treat the sick and injured as less than but sadly this is all I got when I made the decision to use Spectrum-health.net December 9th I went to see my doctor so we could submit a WorkSafe BC medical report everything during the time with the doctor went fine I was given new medications to take to deal with some nerve pain I am dealing with and I was told that the medical report would be sent to WorkSafe BC informing them of the new medical issues around the nerve pain. I waited 10 days before I followed up with WorkSafe to be sure they got the new medical report. WorkSafe informed me that no new medical report had been filed and that I should contact the doctor's office to find out why the report was being delayed. So that is what I did and Spectrum-Health informed me that WorkSafe would not accept the new medical report because they needed the mailing address of my old employer as well as the postal code and phone number all of which WorkSafe already had when this workplace injury first happened in 2017. So for the past month and a half Spectrum's office manager has refused to file the medical report with WorkSafe BC claiming that she can't without the address postal code and phone number of my old employer. So finally last week I had to get my claim manager from WorkSafe to call this doctor's office and request that send in the new medical report the office manager told my claim manager she will after she collects all the information needed. The office manager was told she did not have to collect any more information as WorkSafe had all the information that they needed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS THEY WILL ONLY SCREW YOU OVER! If they would like more information they can email me you have my email address

I won't be back what a complete waste of money to sit and wait 15 mins for a cold chicken sandwich I will take a hard pass. I could maybe understand if you folks were busy but that was not the case. Don't waste your time and money on sub-par service.

Some of the worst customer service ever!

So I ordered a ounce of cannabis from this place for $139 yes I know it's over priced but I wanted to try this strain after reading about it, these folks send me something completely different and when the mistake was pointed out to them they promised to correct the mistake and send me the strain I had requested! Ok fine sounds like a trustworthy company they even sent me a email claiming the order had been shipped and even provided a tracking number. Sadly the tracking number doesn't work so it would be fare to assume they had not shipped me anything and the only customer service I got was lip service! So I can't recommend this company in fact I would not suggest placing a order as if they mess up you are left with subpar flowers at a premium price! Not worth the risk!
