Good value, quality ingredients but limited vegetarian options.

I tried Hello Fresh because I was living on a beige diet. The meals looked appetising and I have not been disappointed in the quality and taste of the recipes and ingredients. I have worked out what the cost of buying the ingredients is if I ordered from a supermarket using an app called CherryPick. The cost was very similar but without the convenience of having the ingredients all weighed out. I am vegetarian and have found the choices limited each week but so far, I am impressed.
I also referred my wife to subscribe to a family meat version as it works out easier and cheaper than shopping for meals. I did receive £20 reward but that is sitting in an imaginary account with Hello Fresh and I am unable to use it.

Illegal sales techniques - quote the law to get a refund

I went online to have a look and see if their vegetarian options were wider than the Hello Fresh ones. I found that they were very similar so cancelled the enforced sign up immediately. I was unable to view recipes without signing up and giving them my bank information. They took £2 to verify a genuine bank account. Even though I cancelled immediately. I received an email thanking me for registering with them. I have since found that they sent me 2 other emails which went to my junk folder ( cancellation and first order date). Today, 5 days later, they have taken £31.15 from my account. I immediately rang them and spoke to someone and told them that it is againstUK law to take money fora service or item not requested. They immediately offered to cancel my first order and give a £31.15 refund. The £2 they stole was not refunded

Vauxhall Vivaro 2012 Double Swivel Seat base- very impressed.

I found Customshop Designs by watching a YouTube video and was impressed with the ease of use in the video. I found them on EBay and placed an order. It stated that there was extra postage to deliver to Isle of Wight but came up free on the order. I phoned them and queried this with Vicky who said she would check for me and ring me back. She rang me back within 10 minutes and clarified that there was a £15 postage charge and sent me an invoice for it with the company BACS details. I proceeded with my order on EBay with the free delivery. I placed my order on Wednesday lunchtime and received the double swivel seat base for a 2012 Vauxhall Vivaro, as ordered, at lunchtime on Friday of the same week via DPD. The item is very heavy and I’m surprised that it only cost £15 in postage. The seat base is exactly as described in their advertisement and appears to be well constructed and is very easy to fit. Took me 30 minutes to take out the double seat and refit it with the double swivel base.

Scam

This company is a scam company. It purports to have a 5 star rating but has only 5 star ratings for the product not the company. It was only set up in August 2023. Be very wary of their “too good to be true “ prices.

Highly recommended

Very professional fitting team. I was kept fully informed of what the installation entailed and was consulted on every aspect of it. Very pleased with the 300mbs. The price per month for the upload/download is comparably cheaper than the national providers. The fact that it is an island based customer service is a huge bonus. Would and do recommend to neighbours and friends.

Variegated Serissa. Excellent service

I have received my bonsai tree as expected. I just wanted to thank you for excellent packaging and perfect specimen. I will be recommending and using you again. My only slight criticism is that a 14cm drip tray was recommended but it is too small for the pot that the tree is in. I will order a larger one now I know the size.
