Terrible installation! washer dryer

I ordered a washer dryer. It was installed by 2 men on 04/04/21. One of them was a trainee and he fitted my washer dryer.

He really struggled to disconnect the old washing machine. He pulled at where it connects to the under sink pipes for ages. Pulling with all his might and saying that it won't come off. He got the other guy to help him. Eventually they managed.

A couple of days later I noticed a leak under the sink. It soaked through the cupboard under the sink too. It cost me £300 to sort out the damage.

AO will not take any responsibility so I am very out of pocket and inconvenienced.

Poor online customer service and sales, so far

Hello,
I ordered a serum from Next and was told that I would receive it on the 7th. A week later I had not received my item or any notification from Next. I emailed them to find out what was happening. They said they would get back to me within 7 days (I think that is a bit long). They did get back to me - only to say they had no idea when my item would be with me or any further explanation. My options wait for an indefinite amount of time or cancel. I actually would like the item and cannot find it elsewhere but I am not pleased with the customer sevices.

Problem solved

I bought the tgin moisture mask from them. I bought it based on the ingredients listed on their website. When I received the item the ingredients were different. I did explain this when I sent in my parcel (I wrote a handwritten note which I enclosed) to request the refund. Despite the error being on their side I still had to pay for return shipping. Also I had to send them quite a few emails and wait a while before I received my refund.
UPDATE: Since writing my review Kiyo have refunded my postage.

Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I have reviewed your emails regarding the return and refund but did not understand that the ingredients list has changed since we last updated the listing. I am now fully aware that the mask is no longer protein free. I agree this is our oversight and of course I will follow this up separately via telephone or email.
