I ordered qty 3, 20 x 30 inch 'animal' canvas prints. This was acknowledged very quickly. And very soon I was receiving regular progress updates and my items were on the way. Evri, the courier company then continued with this, in my opinion, just the right amount of updates. I was a little apprehensive when opening one of the boxes, as one side appeared to have been crushed, but thankfully no damage at all. (If it were me I would perhaps put a bit more protection around the framework which could also hold the sides a bit firmer). I was a little disappointed with the background colour of one of the prints, it seemed darker than the image on the website. I do appreciate that things can look different computer to computer etc and if I'm honest, I hadn't considered that the room it was ordered for is full of dark coloured woodwork etc which probably doesn't help either. This may sound like a negative review, but it's not, these are just observations, hence still the five stars. Thankyou.

I spoke to a lady called Zandi today. I had received a letter advising me of a direct debit change, it was a very large change, (I think based on the usage of the previous resident of this property).
I didn't receive the feedback text or request that I was expecting but I still wanted to let B Gas know my thoughts.
Zandi was polite, professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and very patient.
With my various hearing impairments, and not the best phone line/connection, Zandi was happy to keep repeating things until I heard/understood correctly. She looked into everything for me, giving as many details as possible to help me now and in the future. If I had received a text feedback request all marks etc would be say five if five were the highest.
If possible, can this response be passed onto Zandi, or her management team, or wherever the usual feedback responses would go.

Whenever I have phoned and spoken to a member of staff at British Gas, I have always received good customer service. They have always been polite, professional, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. Patient and understanding of a few impairments I have when talking on the phone, Always happy to repeat things and checking back making sure I have understood things we have discussed. During my most recent phone call, the gentleman was able to put my mind at ease as to why something hadn't happened and how to resolve the matter. I would also like to add I appreciate that technology is the way of the world, but being able to phone up and speak to a human being is a definite plus for me, please keep this facility, thankyou

I have been purchasing from Thompson & Morgan off and on for some years now. Unfortunately these days I have to limit myself to the reduced or sale items when they occur. However this does not mean they are of a lesser quality. Most recently I have purchased plants in 9cm pots. They were all well established good quality items just waiting to be planted in a larger pot or the ground etc. Not one of them was in any way inferior quality. In addition some excellently reduced bare roots I purchased I was able to share with friends, again very good quality. Apart from on one occasion plants have always been packed well to ensure safe travel. The one occasion wasn't major damage, but was still looked into and passed to the packing dept to look into for the future shipments of this particular plant. All orders confirmed quickly and in my opinion the right amount of email updates are sent with regards to shipment dates etc.

I placed an order online on a Tuesday afternoon,delivery arrived the next day as quoted. I received regular updates of how order was progressing, and it was delivered during the hour that I had been advised.

I think rats were wary of the bait boxes/something new at first, but now boxes and sachets have been accessed, and that is a good sign. Thank you

During the last few months I have placed a couple of orders for quite a few packets of seeds, both flowers and vegetables.
Both orders were shipped and delivered as per email confirmation, and received very quickly.
5 stars is based on all aspects of orders and previous purchase history. For example, I have just received various cosmos seeds which I haven't grown for a number of years, and previously with regular deadheading, they flowered for months and months, great.

Purchased the above about four weeks ago, from an advertisement in the national press.
These were shipped and delivered very quickly. And they do the job well.

In my opinion, a good fit, including securely over the nose and chin.

I received an email update informing me of the time frame in which my delivery would be arriving, and who the shipment was from. All happened as per advised. Thankyou

I have placed a couple of Birthday cards orders during the last month.

Just to say thank you, I was very pleased with all four cards, and I was very impressed with the quality and finish of them. In fact I was pleased with all aspects of my purchases.

I am not the most confident computer user. I have ordered items online before but never uploaded things in the process. However, your system made it very straightforward for me, and the fact that I could keep going back, double checking, triple checking etc until I was happy in my own mind, was a great help.

Confirmation emails of shipment and delivery estimate, were spot on, (both orders were shipped and delivered very quickly).

An added bonus, I could pay with Paypal.
