I am still waiting for my bicycle to…

I am still waiting for my bicycle to arrive, I understand delivery's can sometimes take a little longer to arrive but please have the courtesy respond to my emails asking for update delivery date. Its most frustrating when LVR cycles communicates when your purchasing the item but then stops all communication when purchase has been placed. PLEASE REPLY TO EMAILS REQUESTNG ORDER DELIVERY UPDATE

I ordered my bike from Bikeinn still waiting for delivery date

I ordered my bike from Bikeinn on the 14th June 2022
I am still waiting on confirmation when i will receive it
They use a delivery company call Dachser i was given a tracking number which the Dachser platform doesn't recognise. When i contacted Bikeinn they just gave me same tracking number which still doesn't work.
I contacted Bikeinn again and they basically told me it wasn't their problem i chose the delivery company to deliver my item which is untrue . I wasn't given any option as to whom i wanted to use to deliver my order.
I could not recommend buying from Bikeinn because after you press the pay now button that's where the customer care ends .

I Ordered a bike 8 days ago

I Ordered a bike on the 20th of this month 9 days ago when i ordered it it said in stock, i have checked my order on several occasions and always shows
" Processing in progress "
I contacted IBKbike.com and they said
" You must have some patience " I'm not impressed,
You state on your website it takes 2 days to process and 5 to 6 days to deliver I am now waiting over 8 days and from what i can see it is still being processed.

Hello Larry,
As we indicated the shipping time depends on the city or town. From the date of purchase we need 2 days for assembly and adjustments, shipping is another 3 to 5 days (at the moment due to the current sanitary circumstances and the large amount of orders we are having a delay in shipments of 3-4 days).
The shipping situation due to Covid-19 as well as the Brexit situation and customs control has affected us.
Nerea my logistics colleague has been in contact with you to let you know the situation.
However when you receive the bike we hope that you will be able to improve our rating and of course you will have additional discounts with us due to the delays caused.

I recently ordered an item from Bike24…

I recently ordered an item from Bike24 i ordered it on 24th May 2020 it is now 10th June 2020 and i still have not received the item. I have contacted Bike24 three times by email and have not got any response. I have tracked the item which is currently with DHL and they inform me
The shipment is being stored and is waiting for the sender's instructions on further processing. ( its been three days now and DHL are still waiting for Bike24 to contact them )
I have contacted DHL this morning and spoke to a very helpful lady who has sorted the issue out and assures me the item will be delivered in the next two days.
I will never again order any item from Bike24 , there customer care service is non existent . You’ve been warned
