I only gave one star because there’s no option of giving zero stars! They don’t deserve a single star from reviewers. About 3 years ago I went to the Dogtas store to have a look, I saw a bedroom set that looked nice but was unsure about it. I was unsure about the size of the wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. my bedroom is very small. I gave the sales assistant my measurements and he smiled and very confidently told me don’t worry that will definitely fit. I was still unsure so he said they offer a service where they can send a free designer to my home and check all the measurements for me and that if it didn’t fit I could cancel the order. Me being gullible and this being London I trusted him. Anyway no designer ever came! Also I found out several months after waiting for the furniture that it didn’t fit nicely after all. And I was told if I tried cancelling, the company would take 30% of my money! After lots of arguing and threats they said instead of cancelling the final item (the chest of drawers - which for some reason hadn’t arrived with the rest of the bedroom set - after months of waiting), so instead of me cancelling the final item and them taking 30% of my money, they said I could choose a different product instead like a coffee table. So I agreed. Big mistake again. Anyway the horror didn’t finish there, the guy they sent to install my bed accidentally cracked a huge part of the board on the right side of the bed, he took a picture and promised to order a new part for me free as it was his fault, 3 years later I’m still trying to call them about that replacement. They keep changing their number it’s driving me mad. Also two weeks after the bed was installed, the board on the left side of the bed broke too while I was very gently closing the storage bed. They told me to send pictures on WhatsApp of the damage as if they are surprised their rubbish quality stuff broke. They are charging premium prices for cheap quality products. I should have just gone to ikea and bought a cheap bed there... lastly don’t trust them when they say you can make low monthly payments interest free. Liars! It is high interest! What is their current name and number? I am sick and tired of them changing their company name and number everytime! How unprofessional
