Great customer service
After waiting for an hour or so for my ticket, I called AirTkt where I was able to easily speak to a real person. This individual was incredibly helpful in processing my ticket and getting me on my way to visit my dad in the hospital. The original processing error was mine (probably because I was in a rush and slightly panicky) but AirTkt was patient. Really appreciated their customer service and would recommend to others.
