A delightful 5 day cruise starting on 1 May 2025 in UK starting in Southampton for Cornwall. Lovely accommodation in superior suite with delicious food and good entertainment. Also, particularly liked the craft class and the lady who overseen it on sea days. I made a book mark out of coloured stones and a quilled card for the first time. Overall had a great short break on Balmoral.

Two boxes of 100 Taylors Blackberry & Raspberry teabags. Drank this whilst on holiday in N.Yorkshire but could not source locally so researched and found this company offered good value for bulk buy. Love the tea! Prompt delivery. Would recommend.

Review of Iglu Cruise
We have been booking cruises with Iglu for a number of years now. We have found them to be a reliable & reputable company. Sadly, the pandemic did put a stop to it for the last couple of years but we have just returned at the end of March following a 2 week break which had been put back from 2020. They gave us a good incentive of 25% which we used to upgrade to a super deluxe balcony. Another cruise we had paid the deposit on was cancelled in 2021 shortly after booking as the company cancelled, so we got refunded promptly. Just booked another Christmas/New Year Cruise with them which we are all looking forward to with transfers all included. HIghly Recommended.

Bought pair of touch lights from this company in February during lockdown. Prompt delivery.
Unfortunately, towards end of April, one of the lights became faulty, no longer working to touch, but did switch on. Company were very good and have promptly replaced the said item issuing email with attached returns paid label as well. Their customer service was faultless with excellent liaison. Highly recommend.

Have been customers for several years now and have always found Iglu very good, matching deals with good service. In some instances providing good accommodation & reliable transport links with some of the cruise & stay options. There have been adverse comments as a result of Covid-19 but in our experience we have been kept informed until the cruise operator unfortunately had to cancel and we then rebooked for 2022 with 125% for our next cruise. Would recommend.
