Great easy service

Easy and great simple service.
Curtains just as described and as seen on site.
Looks just as I expected.

On the tracking site, couriers should have a id number or reference and a work contact number for customers to contact, especially when they say they are on route to you (as tracking shows) and then they've delivered item, but not actually been to your house and left nothing.
If there was a driver ID reference or number it will be then easy to contact them to find out what's happening with your parcel as you cannot contact Hermes direct.
