Received a parking fine for rose street inverness, on of the machines had been reversed into, all the other machines showing out of order. No other way to pay. Spoke to staff in the shops there that explained the machines had been out of order for nearly a month.
How many other people have received fines from these criminals when there is no way to actually pay?
