I was have trouble getting my puppy to eat. Adding treats, ham, chicken and she would still leave the majority of what she should've been eating. I was worried she wasn't going to get enough to grow properly. So I thought I would give Pure a go (as I had been seeing an increasing number of adverts during my day).
Now she follows me around the room whilst I am mixing it.

I found the parts I wanted at a great price. The items arrived quickly and were a relatively easy replacement.

Finding the correct sized box seemed more trouble than expected. Then I saw maxpack's choices and were cheaper. Arrived promptly too.

It was a similar price to just about everywhere else only with much faster delivery. I ordered 2 5 litre tins of water seal. They came on time and in some ziplock bags just in case they leaked I guess. They will come in handy for something else.

The Price of goods ordered was very competitive. And stock levels allowed for a larger quantity purchase.
Although I was not in a hurry for the product it did feel like the time from payment to delivery was quite long. Maybe I'm just used the free express services offered nowadays.

I was looking for a sturdy peg bag to hold 16, 8" screw pegs. The vapire bag looked just the thing. Unfortunately it can't quite manage 16 but looks good quality and will certainly cope with not so bulky pegs. Mine have large plastic tops.

I have been using manuka honey heal cream for a while so buying on tube at a time is costing more than necessary.I ordered a small batch which will last me for some time and saved over £1 per tube. Ordering was easy any delivery was faster than I expected.

VAX Customer service (agent name Jordan) was very helpful. (Always nice when something gets replaced for free). Onepower battery lights 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 lit means the battery has a fault. I was just trying to find out what the lights meant when I contacted support as the information was not easily available. I started writing an e-mail on their site when it might be easier and quicker to do live chat. Live chat is not live immediately, there is a bot first. When I got to Jordan after confirming some details I was informed I was getting a new battery sent. I still don't know what the lights mean other than an electrical fault inthe battery.

I was impressed with the sale prices and have now made 2 separate orders. Everything has arrived undamaged and in good time.

All good quality the only reason for 4 stars was because the font size is fixed and I wanted smaller

I was happy with the prices. The transaction, communication and delivery was straight forward. Everything worked without any hiccups.

I have recently bought items their sale which were delivered in good time even during the lockdown.
I will keep an eye out for more sales as I find the original price to be far to high for my pocket.
