Now that’s enough

Now that’s enough. I ordered a desk and never received it. I already wrote a comment here a few days ago, and got an answer saying they would contact me « right away ». One week later I have still no messages.

I WANT to be paid back, I demand a refund very quick. I just want my money back, and I will make no problems, and it will be over.
If they don’t pay me back, I will start legal proceedings in a few days.
Waiting for a quick reaction, and my money.

Where is my order ?

The furnitures proposed have a great style, but the delivery is complicated... I ordered a desk in November, there have been many problem during the construction of the product, I have received 1 or 2 mails, but now since about 2 months I get no answers to my mails, and I don’t have any idea where is my order at. I would like to have informations, and a date of delivery.
