I selected the wrong delivery address for my orders, first person I spoke said the couldn’t do anything. I then got contacted by Nico who got the order cancelled. I can reorder now to the correct address! Thank you so much Nico you’re a star!

I bought a bike from wiggle at the cost of £3200. The bike was supposed to be new but had worn brake pads on front and rear. The rear pads were so worn they were down to the metal. The bike chain had been replaced and wasn’t the original chain for the bike. I think they sold me a reconditioned bike as a new one. I emailed them my concerns and after about 5 emails they finally responded. They said sorry to hear the bike is damaged, fix it yourself as long as it’s less than £30 otherwise we’ll have to review it. They totally ignored my concerns about the bike not being a new bike. I responded telling them my concerns again and 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for a response. There is no way to speak to someone over the phone, they do say you can request a call which I have done and they emailed me instead. I wouldn’t use wiggle again even if they were offering things at 50% they are an absolute disgrace!
