If a parcel gets delivered to a shop, where I can pick it up, it is much easier for me. So I have to be home, need to look if the deliverer finds me, I even went out to his car, as I had the feeling he has trouble to find my address. Too complicated for just getting a parcel.

I had hoped to receive the filter cartridges in the packaging shown in the advertisement. These cartridges are meant as a gift, and I really wanted to give them in the original packaging. But I just received a pack of 6 cartridges without the advertised packaging. That’s a pity. Therefore, only 4 stars!

I have always been satisfied with Evermart’s products until now. This time, however, I was not satisfied at all. I ordered tempered glass for my phone, but it was too long and did not fit. The last glass I ordered was very good, but this one was slightly longer than the old one. I then had a lot of correspondence and had to return the glass at my own expense. I was refunded for the delivery, but not for the return shipping. I find this unfair, as the product had been changed and no longer fit.

Another point I find negative is that a handling fee is charged for orders under 199 DKK. While “free shipping” is advertised prominently, I did not find any clear notice about this fee. An honest statement would be: “19 DKK shipping for orders under 199 DKK” shown clearly on the front page. That way, customers would know exactly what to expect and would not be negatively surprised at checkout.

I did not find any notice on Evermart’s website stating that this glass cannot be used with a cover. The previous glass I bought from Evermart was also a 3D glass, and it fit perfectly. All the 3D glasses I had purchased before always fit with a cover as well. And the 3D glasses I recently bought from another shop also fit with a cover!

If this product is not compatible with phone covers, this should have been clearly stated on the website

Ich habe mir das Deltaco gaming streaming Mikrofon gekauft. Es wurde überwiegend von meinem Windows Computer nicht erkannt. Der Ein-/Aus Knopf reagierte nach einiger Zeit nicht mehr. Nur aus und wieder einstrecken hat das Problem vorübergehend gelöst. Ich habe es zurück gegeben und anstandslos mein Geld zurück bekommen. Inzwischen habe ich mir ein anderes USB-Mikrofon gekauft, das ohne alle Probleme funktioniert. An meinem Computer hat das Problem also nicht gelegen.

Ich mag den Kurs sehr gerne. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich hier wirklich voran komme und mein Ziel, Dänisch gut sprechen zu können, gut erreichen werde.
