All staff is working in babysum are polite and they help kindly but we have a problem with app and website that it doesnt have english language and it makes we cant understand details of product so it is too difficult for us

Farcen med BabySam ( Taastrup og deres kundeservice forsætter). Vi har klaget over følgende( se nedenståendende). Ansatte i butikken kender godt til problemet og beklager de ikke har oplyst os om det, da vi købte produktet. Så kunne vi få det ordnet med det samme.
Men deres kundeservicecenter fremstår utroværdig.

Vi forventer en ordentlig kompensation, for både BroBizz ( Øresund ) og diesel. Vi kunne have fået det lavet fra starten, hvis butikken og deres medarbejdere havde oplyst os om en kendt problem!

“I will never buy a Cybex stroller and seat package. They don't fit together. Videos online lie, it's not easy to assemble at all, the wheels are easy to put on, but the seat package doesn't fit the frame and you have to pull and tear. You don't do that when you're pregnant.

Had to separately go and pick up a mattress to a full bed, since the mattress would've added a large delivery fee (even with store delivery). The general service is good, the personnel in the stores are very kind and patient, but the delivery methods could be improved.

We have ordered a pair of shoes with the lights in the sole for our 4 year old daughter. The shoes arrived and we found out that one shoe doesn't blink. We have returned the shoes to the local store and the shoes were taken as a return and not as a defected product. We were told not to expect that the shoes can blink forever. So good luck to the next one, who buys that pair of shoes.

Got voucher for my daughter birthday 25% to buy something from BeKids but everything is already discounted so the voucher cannot be used!!! What a joke from BabySam… so disappointed 😔

Babysam is happy to take the money of friends and family for gift cards, but do not let you redeem them online, even though their gift cards do not state that, and explicitly direct you to their website. The only solution they offer is to buy the item with your credit card, take the item back to the shop, have it refunded and purchase it with the gift cards. Not so simple for heavy items like cribs and mattresses!
And of course some of their stock is only available online...
Very misleading. Encourage gift givers to buy you a gift card from somewhere that has a proper e-commerce solution for redeeming the cards!

Very poor customer service, and minum respect from the older employee at Lyngby branch. Insulting language and rude response in front of your kid and wife. What kind of customer relation are you building as babysam????
At least try to show some respect when your customer already buy stuff and ask questions in English. No respect, i would have given babysam ZERO star if possible in the system.
