Parcel sent to France returned to me

Sent parcel to France on 29 November via local post office using evri international priority - queried with chat box on 19 December as no tracking & not received. Parcel returned to me in UK on 21 December. Can't complain through customer service or chat box as they're saying parcel is delivered.

Disappointed with product - zero customer s

Greenhouse took weeks to build - instructions looked like they had been photocopied many times so could not see which edge of each piece attaches where.
We bought the metal base which is an optional extra. Please be aware you will need to secure the frame to the base by drilling through and attaching with nuts & bolts- there is nothing provided to do this and it is not mentioned in the instructions. A strong gust of wind blew the frame along the base, bending & twisting the back frame. I contacted the company to tell them it was not fit for purpose but they don't want to know. We've not managed to even grow anything in it as it took most of the summer months to erect. Disappointed with the product and disgusted with their attitude.
Given a one star as no problem with delivery.

Ordered 10 months ago - still waiting!

Ordered & paid for blinds in full on 16 December 2019 - still waiting on 21 September 2020. Have chased up numerous times - at first Covid blamed, then they assigned a different installer who promised would be sorted in 4 weeks - that was 6 weeks ago. I've chased up & promised call backs - no one rings back! Just on phone now to request refund - after holding for 10 minutes, was connected & immediately cut off!!
Just managed to get through to customer services who put me on hold while they spoke to installer no 2 - he claimed he was waiting for a model number from me???? That was news to me as he got all the details in his visit & promised it would be sorted in 4 weeks. I have now asked for a full refund & compensation but they don't do compensation but offered me a voucher - not a chance I will use Hillarys again - what an insult!!

Fabulous new kitchen

Have just had new kitchen installed - looks fantastic & is exactly how I envisaged it. Thanks to Kim the designer - friendly and helpful and listened to my ideas & came up with solutions. Thanks to Paul, the fitter, despite having to down tools due to the lockdown, perfectly managed the build and organised the tiler, electrician and plasterer - all completed their respective jobs to a high standard and with no fuss.
The showroom at Preston store was very well laid out & a visit was helpful in making decisions. Staff were friendly & obliging especially as we had to return a number of items that we had over ordered!
First class service from all
