I have previously used Kwik Fit on many occasions over the years for new tyres but following recent incident with them I will never again use them neither would I recommend them either.
Placed an online order for their mobile service to have some tyres replaced and received booking confirmation for tyres and date, payment taken.
Kwik Fit never turned up on the date and when I contacted them I was told that because of my address it would be another week before they could attend and that they had tried calling me earlier to inform me.
I replied nobody had tried ringing me as I had had my phone with all day and there were no missed calls shown. I also said it was an online booking and the date selected was one I was offered.
Told Kwik Fit that MOT for vehicle was following day that I would have to cancel, they made no attempt at helping and simply apologised and would arrange for a refund.
Appalling service and in no way does it care about its customers
