Scam email! An obvious scam, trying together me to buy iCloud storage. Even worse, when I click ‘unsubscribe’, it takes me to an invoicing page and tries to get £19 off me!

I have ordered the same frames at least 5 times previously. This order had 2 pairs of the same frame. One pair fits ok, the other is tight on the sides of my head. (the spectacle arms are too tight). For some strange (or may be related) reason, they slide down my nose frequently too. This is the first time I have experienced any issues when ordering from Glasses Direct

We would kindly ask you to return them back to us, our Dispensing Opticians can then adjust them to be a better fit. To do this, please use the returns form and pre-paid label provided. Once we have received them back, we will be in contact to advise you further.
I normally buy bedding plants at garden centres or supermarkets, but due to lockdown I bought plants online. By the time they arrived (5-6 weeks after ordering), I had managed to buy the same plants in store. The shop bought one were twice the size and half the price Of the online ones. For these reasons I won’t buy bedding plants Online again.
