Further to the message below, Jet pac we're very efficient in coming back to me to help amend the situation below. They followed up with sending out fresh eSIM activation codes to help the rectify the situation, and referenced the Lounge access problem though (which still needs resolving as to register their lounge voucher you appear to still need to pay an extra fee to DragonPass onto which is not clear on the JetPac site), Raising the review therefore from 1 to 4 starts given their effort to help as we all matters, things can go wrong, but at the end of the day what counts is the support service to help make it right which Jet Pac delivered upon.

Activation won’t work
No support at all from JetPac. AI bot is all one gets. Money taken and no result.
Placed in endless circuit of same unending useless advice.
Moreover. Purchase of airport passes di not result in a redeemable voucher. Paid vouchers appear to require additional purchase a Dragonpass membership (not explained beforehand). This caused some issues on the day. Fortunately the Hong Kong lounge management, upon also observing the Jetpac voucher discrepancies, allowed me on that occasion complimentary access to the lounge. All in all a confusing matter.

Tried to get information on flights with Virgin Atlantic over the phone. The support staff person seemed completely unaware of the different between a Premium seat and an Economy seat delight, as well as whether one needs to pay to pre-select seats beforehand of the pricing. Please Virgin ensure your staff understand what is on offer so that customers and clear and confident in your product

Excellent service from Balance My Hormones. I have been under their care for a number of years. Their defining quality is their in depth knowledge of the TRT field. This means that they have been able to both closely monitor my ongoing levels and tailor the treatment as appropriate to my specific circumstances. Their consultants have been extremely patient too. They have always taken the time to go through the treatment plans in order to fully explain the reason for the regimen, understand previous health issues and explain the meaning of test results. What is particularly noteworthy is that they will first assess whether TRT is even suitable for you, or if there are non-TRT paths one may take to optimize hormonal levels (e.g. diet). Their objective has always been first and foremost a duty to patient care and well-being before making money from anyone's condition. I'd recommend Balance My Hormones to anyone who may simply want to check their hormonal levels and receive an impartial objective opinion, or take matters further with a supportive treatment plan.
