One of the worse landlords to deal with in regards to any repair.
I have a roof leak with extensive mould growth.
This leak has been from beginning of year and we are still awaiting any form of repair.
Due to length of time taken I've now gone for legal action.
Currently have a boiler that's not working with no hot water or heating and awaiting for a boiler engineer to be sent out this had been reported 2 days ago.
If you are fortunate enough to avoid this company do so.
After being hammered by the hosuing ombudsmen they still continue to provide substandard services, its a miracle this company still operates.
If anyone is experiencing what I'm going through just go through a disrepair claim at the first possibility and don't wait around like I have.

Heater and hot water not working for 5 days. Elderly resident, - contacted repair team who assured will get some one coming out with in 24hours. Multiple phone calls later 4 days on still no one has been to resolve the problem.

I've been with sky for 5÷ years I've had issues with Signal ever since the storms, I've tried to contact them many times but have not been able to get a engineer out to go on the roof.
All the way since I've had no usage of sky as It shows as having satellite problems, I have deliberately not paid the bills as I have not been able to use the product.
Really poor customer service with Complete lack of care for there customer.

Sent a phone in, it's been over a week with no replies or any acknowledgement of what's going on.

Can not get any help, they send you to tobi a bot who cannot do much and trying to get through to customer service is like a maze.
Still have not been able to get a hold for any one for two days.
If 0 was a option thats what i would of put down. Avoid them and save your self the headache.

The worse by far out of the rental companies out there.
I had a long term vehicle rental off them due to having to drive to work with in the m25 during the lock down.
I pointed out 2 damages before i took the vehicle to them but on my return i thought they would obviously had made notes of the damage After returning the vehicle 2 weeks later i received a email stating that they will charge me for a alloy scratch which i pointed out when i was taking the vehicle! . Absolutely disgraceful, do not use this comapny.
