No dia 03/04/2025 eu fiz uma compra online na SKALUM, comprei uma Luminária de mesa de metal Deseyre,
para presentear uma amiga que, faz aniversário amanhã dia 29/04/2025, não obtive nenhuma resposta de quando enviariam o meu pedido, por essa razão cancelei a compra na semana passada, mas até o momento eu não fui reembolsada.
É triste comprar um presente escolhido pela própria amiga, e não poder presenteá-la, pois a loja não cumpre com os prazos de entrega, infelizmente.

The Ember Home store

The Ember Home store, in addition to having incredible items, has a wonderful team, they are very attentive and really care about the customer.
I loved both experiences I had shopping at this incredible store, with extremely human and kind people.

Desappointed

placed an order in the FLANNELS online store yesterday, 12/30/2024, and DPD UK sent me an email with an image informing me that they had delivered the package to me.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE IN QUESTION.
I have already contacted the FLANNELS Store by email and via the store's chat, but so far I have not received a response.
I bought white LACOSTE sneakers yesterday, paid the most expensive shipping to receive the package the next day, to wear tonight on New Year's Eve at an event, but I didn't receive the package.
DPD did not deliver the package to me, I already went to the reception of my building to check with the doorman, he stated that today he opened the front door for a DPD delivery woman, he said that this delivery woman went to some floors, because he saw it on the camera security, but she wasn't on my floor today.
I want to resolve this situation because I paid £41 for the product.

TOTALLY DISSATISFIED.

After almost three months I received the sofa, Order number 39Z4B4227.
I do not recommend the dfs store to anyone.
They say they will deliver in three weeks, charge £100 for delivery, and only deliver months later.
And after months they still forced me to receive the sofa, and I went to the dfs store in Croydon and asked to cancel the purchase after a month, and two weeks, and they did not cancel it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
TOTALLY UNSATISFIED.
There is no point in responding to this message, because you have lost all credibility with me, my family,
and many friends. No matter what they say, the dfs store acted wrongly towards me.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE SOFA. How do I return a product I never received?
I went to the dfs store in Croydon on Saturday 08/31/2024, they told me that there were delays in deliveries, and why didn't they inform me beforehand? I made it clear at the time of purchase that I could only wait a MAXIMUM of three weeks for delivery, and the The seller agreed and proceeded with my payment of £993 on my debit card.
I want my full refund, please. I spent my party standing in my house with my guests, due to the dfs store failing to meet the delivery deadline.

dissatisfied

bought a sofa at the dfs store in Croydon on 28/07/2024 and until today, 31/08/2024, they had not delivered it to me, I went to the store today to cancel my purchase and receive my refund in the amount of £993.00 and a person responsible for The store refused to refund me, informing me that I will still have to wait for an email until 08/08/2024 to find out if they will refund me or not.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review and we are very sorry to hear of your experience so far. We understand your frustration if the furniture was not delivered on the day you were advised initially, this is very disappointing to hear.

After looking into the order I can see the store manager was made aware of your request to cancel. This would be the usual process as only management have the authority to discuss this with customers and issue any refunds.

It is not always possible to cancel orders made is store as per our T&C's and this is why this is currently being reviewed internally. We will be in touch with a resolution as soon as possible and apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The products arrived perfect

The products arrived perfect, however, I had already changed my address before making this last purchase, and the House of Fraser store sent it to my old address, I managed to ask Evri to deliver it to a collection point in time for the delivery man to leave it at the my old address.
I hope they fix this error, as I'm afraid if I buy again and my order will be lost.
