Super easy experience, fantastic communication and experienced team at the London clinic. Only thing that could've been better is if I'd of booked it sooner. Logan as the company rep I dealt with and the team at the clinic were fantastic.

So I pre-ordered from subtel.co.uk some time back in March/ Apr. They accepted paypal so I assumed it was safe as I could raise a dispute if needed.
I pre-ordered a battery for arrival in mid-June. Anyway closer the time I contacted 2 or 3 times to find out on any progress with no avail, so I said to myself in July I would raise a dispute through paypal if I needed to. The battery arrived today, works well and comes in good packaging all branded by Subtel.

I'd say if you're happy to wait (I was able to use my laptop plugged in) then you're probably OK to order from them. They won't get in touch with you however so wasn't too happy about that. If you can pay the extra 10% and go elsewhere for quicker delivery, probably best to do that.
