Review of Man Crates
Poor return process
I have ordered from Man Crates many times and have always been pleased with the product. I paid extra to have the item delivered the day after my husband's birthday. The product came on time, the issue has been with the return. Many emails stating Fed Ex will be scheduled. This has yet to happen. Its been over a week. I have never had such a frustrating experience on a return.

When you would like to return, we make your return as hassle free as we can by scheduling a pickup directly from your address. I have looked into your order and can confirm we scheduled a pickup twice from your address, unfortunately FedEx did not follow through on their promise to us in picking up your order as we had scheduled.
I am happy to see you have been in touch with our team and that we have sent over a shipping label to you so that you can return the product at no charge.

Finally got a reply after posting the review. And recieved the product a few days ago. Had to edit, due to shipping caused a HUGE delay in recieveing our product. We are very pleased with the product.

I got a review our product email, and Never received my order. Sent an email and did not get a reply. Would have loved to receive the order.
