I cannot rate AB Walker Caversham high enough. 5 star is an under rating!
From the 1st call, to say Jenny had passed, I spoke to a real person, I think his name was David. Totally throw me, when he answered after just 2 or 3 rings. No pressing this button for what ever or leaving messages on voicemails!
He was very professional when he & his colleague came to take Jenny. They made a very emotional time, a little bit easier.
The 2 ladies in the Caversham office, Melanie & Louise, were brilliant. Really helped me through the whole process. Even doing a couple of things for me, that I wasn't up to doing.
Nothing seemed to much trouble for them. Even letting me sit in the front office a few times, just talking with them, about Jenny. They gave me the time & helped me & our children, when we went to view Jenny a couple of times. They made me feel I could have stayed there all day/night if I wanted.
David & his team were great at the cemetery. Helping guide us through the whole process, to Jenny's final resting place.
I have left instructions with my children to use the same office when it's my time to join Jenny.

In the current situation, we were very impressed with the delivery time. We were kept informed of the couple of days wait for the order to be processed, & as soon as it was despatched, we received an email with the tracking. Tracking was spot on & we received the order in a couple of days.
