To be fair

To be fair, Cerebrum have been good to their word and I’ve received all of my payments. I’d urge them to email to confirm payments but are clearly a reputable company with as good moral compass.

Very poor communication#

Go to London bride outside the Houses of Parliament and you'll probably see a demonstration of the marketing techniques of this company . They offer a promotional test and then quietly, sneakily take £15 every 2 weeks . Its a sum that doesn't jump out. when questioned, they have the valid answer of you agreed to take their T&Cs. The pea in the cup is a more honest way of taking your money!

Would prefer zero

Would prefer zero. Finally cancelled broadband via DM on Facebook, Asperger’s the cyber phone contact. 20 hours of delay to simply cancel broadband after more price hikes! Written to Ofcom but not expecting much. Vote with your feet!

Very poor

Very poor. Paid for the above std class and the food was ok. Seating changed without warning and my family of 4 were split up across the carriage.
The French blamed the delay on the English Channel , said they arrived on time 20 minutes late , I had boatloads of emails for no reason , I’ve sent off 2 emails to no avail. I’d rather cycle to Paris than be subjected to the misery next time.

Mixed

Mixed experience. Fantastic and easy in Central London. Poor in Oxford, it wasn’t clear where the parking position was and I parked in a residents place. I was lucky in that I only received a polite but pointed note, not an understandable rant. Perhaps use 3 words to help ? Regards. John
