Great care
So I received my sofatica sofa in Grey in August, it is very pretty. It was just what I was looking for. The cushions fell very short of comfort for me. Not cloud like or supportive. I contacted customer care, sent them all the info that was asked for. Adam who was my contact was quick to get back to me about the issue. As of right now Adam has put in an order for new upgraded cushions free of charge. Not only are they replacing my cushions, Adam is sending me a whole new replacement covers so I can change the color of the sofa. It will be like I have a brand new sofa. Im waiting on the new cushions so I don't want to review the sofa yet but as far as customer care, Adam is the best.
