Incompetent, Disrespectful and a Disgrace!!!

Martins VW Basingstoke.
Horrible service. Utter incompetent bunch of employees. Total disrespect towards customers.
Waiting for nearly 4 months for a call back, despite calling the service team and the showroom on a weekly basis.
Either the people work in that place is completely braindead or just showing utter disregard and disrespect.
Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!

Scamiral, the worst insurance company every!

Worst insurance company every!! Admirals of scam!! Avoid at all cost..
Nearly a week since accident the car’s not even booked in for a repair with the garage.
After about 20 calls and 4 hours on the phone with totally incompetent claims handlers telling different stories and multiple lies it was established Admiral’s ‘system errors’ meaning claims just say they’re with no progress. Me as the customer now managing the claim and doing the job for them, calling the garages, visiting the garages, trying to get the car over to garage etc. The premium you pay to the Scamiral seems to be just going to the so called claims handlers warming their chairs. £600m profit last year but can afford to spend a few hundred to arrange a replacement car for a customer with a non fault claim. Throws the usual bs that they’re lacking resources and heavy backlogs…may be they should put that in their colourful statements when marketing their products.
Phone lines are not working, no communication updates, Scamiral don’t care as long as they get your hard earned money…
Never again Scamiral!!

High Class scammers!! Unreliable and Untrustworthy!! Only go for them if you want to purchase a 'disappointment'

Unreliable, irresponsible and an utter disgrace!!!
Placed and order online and at the time of order it was Clearly showing that the items are in stock and ready for collection 2 days after. So paid the moneys and completed the order and received order confirmation with collection date.
4 days after the order I get an email saying that the items are out of stock and if not received within 28 days I will be offered a full refund.
High class scammers!!! tie the customer down with bogus stock information at the time of order than hold you up...

John Lewis needs to wake up to the real world!! World is running and you're crawling with your poor service standards and soon you'll be the next Peacocks or Woolworths!!!
Chancellor comes on the TV and beg to people to start shopping as normal to help recover UK's economy!! Not sure he understands that consumers cannot shop in confidence when we have a bunch of unreliable retailers like this!!

Update 10/04/21;

Trustpilot you beauty!!! Less than 24 hours since my review on Trustpilot, I get an email from John Lewis stating that my product is on the way!! So the item has magically become ‘in stock’ even though it’s a day later than the original collection date.. Definitely need to thank Trustpilot for the impact.
Went down to the local store to collect the goods to see a notice that the store is closing together with a number of other stores around the country. What a surprise!!! It’s very easy to lose a customer than to gain one and where there is no customers, there is no business!! A perfect example to substantiate my thoughts on John Lewis’s future due to poor service standards.
Anyhow, collected the products, got home and opened up the boxes. One of the smart lighting products that purchased was seemed like a ‘used’ or ‘pre-owned’ product with the the product safety and instructions manual that comes in the box with a separate packing for it missing and the sealing tapes for the cardboard boxes for cable and light assemblies are cut open and never sealed back.
Someone seemed to have poorly re-assembled a pre-owned or a returned product in a rush perhaps at the warehouse and delivered as a brand new product thinking that could make me take my review down. Nowhere in the advert or the order was it mentioned that what I will be receiving is a pre-owned or an unsealed product. Expected brand new products, got one so I’m 50% there ha ha!!
So after all I as an online consumer (which is what seem to be the life line for John Lewis) made a purchase with John Lewis.
Am I satisfied with the product? Not at all
Am I satisfied with the service? Not at all
Will I be shopping with John Lewis again? Not at all
Do I think that John Lewis will survive in this competitive retail market? Not at all unless John Lewis wakes up, open their eyes and realise that product quality as well as service standards are equally important to consumers and at the end of the day that’s what the customers are paying for, for the product and also the service!!!

Unreliable and very poor service standards...

Ordered a product online >>> payment was taken but no order confirmation
Rang up the customer services to get the order number and it took days for me to get the order confirmation....
The product was in stock at the time of order and the delivery standard was stated as 1 week from order.
2 weeks on I’m still waiting for the product...don’t know if i will ever receive it.
Very amateur and an unreliable level of service. No connection between the stores and the central office where they each pass the ball between them leaving customers frustrated....

Very good quality products and a very comprehensive technical description letting you know exactly what you're buying before you buy it. Had Phillips Hue smart lighting bought for the whole house and they never let you down. The products are exactly as how they're advertised. Good product quality, presentation and excellent service standards with a great retail network. Fully recommend!!!

Halford scammers sell damaged display bikes advertised as new bikes for the same price of a new bike!!! be careful people!!

Abysmal and Unprofessional!! Selling substandard bikes with bogus inspection reports!!! Be carefull anyone who's planning to spend your hard earned money on Halfords bikes!!!

Ordered a brand new bike from Halfords for my niece's birthday coming up in two days so with the Halfords confirmation of collection from yesterday from 10:00 it was perfect timing for the birthday gift. So when received the email for ready to collect I went ahead to call the store Halfords Southampton Winchester Road just to make sure that there are no surprises. The operator on the phone assured me that the bike is fully complete and inspected and ready to collect.
So went to collect the bike today driving down 35 miles from where I live to the Halfords store and the bike was handed over to me and only for me to notice that there are massive scratches and bruises on the stem, handle bars and the frame when paint and metal just scraped out something like it's run over by a train. Funny enough an inspection report also came with the bike confirming someone inspected the bike and signed for it. For anyone to miss that much of damage Halfords must employ inspectors that are literally blind.
So too the bike back to the store and showed it to the operators who were rushing to close the 20 minutes to 18:00 first thing I here from the you sales assistant boy from Halfords is "Oh (not appropriate to mention the exact word here) man that's bad" his exact words in front of other customers. So my niece's birthday on Friday and the surprise gift is ruined and Halfords guys are saying that they don't know what do to with it and they don't have time to look at it now since they're closing in 20 minutes so asking me to come back the next day.
I made a 70 mile round trip for this unprofessional and abysmal service from Halfords who employ unprofessional and incapable employees, produce bogus inspection reports to go with expensive bikes and take no effort to even apologizing for destroying a little girl's birthday.
Truly appalling!!! Halfords master plan recover the lost sales from Covid19 seems to be selling substandard products to customers bogus inspection reports.

Just wanted to leave an update so the others like me wouldn’t fall into the same trap by the Halfords crooks.
Be careful people >>>The bikes that you’re buying from Halfords website is not always NEW bikes!!! They sell you bikes that had been on display for the same price as a new bike so what you’re getting is a PRE-USED DISPLAY BIKE for the same price of a new bike and at no point in the sales process Halfords disclose this information. I was told this by the store manager of Halfords Southampton Winchester road store. Until I drove 35 miles to collect the ‘new’ bike I was expecting following placing an order for a new bike online and until I see the gashes on the handle bars and the frame Halfords did not tell me at any point that the bike that was sold to me for full price was a display bike which seemed as was being used for months. Funny enough they do an inspection and the inspection report clearly says that it’s fully inspected, no damages and signed for. Not only Halfords misleading customers, selling substandard products, are they also producing bogus inspection reports.
This should be Illegal right? Seems like this is Helford’s 2020 Business recover plan!!! Sell any rubbish to customers at full price don’t worry about the product quality, service and customer standards. Halfords also not seems to be investing on training their employees, their technical capabilities are abysmal and customer service standards and shameful.

A nightmare of a delivery company!!!

A nightmare of a delivery company!!!
Having had the dispatch confirmation for a much waited goods delivery I was sent with a tracking link that does not work. After 35 minutes on the phone to customer services an agent acting like a robot more than a human being answered the phone 35 minutes later to say that their network is down, cannot give me an update or a date of delivery to my product, the driver may attempt to delivery anytime and driver will not call me prior to delivery and if I’m not home the delivery will be returned with a card left for me!!!
What a brilliant service!!! DXDelivery expect me to stay home out of work waiting for the delivery to turn up anytime not knowing when it’s going to be delivered could be today, tomorrow, next year or light years after.
Then the agent just hangs up the phone in the middle of me asking a question and never calls back.
The fact that this type of crook businesses are allowed to operate is beyond belief. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them as long as they get to dump the goods at customer to their satisfaction and claim the payments from vendors...
Do not ever use this delivery company.

Received a reply from DXDelivery saying that their network was down due to being hit by thunderstorms last night so still unable to provide with tracking info. In the meantime while their network is down the drivers are carrying out deliveries while customers have given no clue whatsoever when the goods are delivered. I managed to get mine delivered thanks to my Rig Door bell and running home from work to be there for a second delivery attempt.
Now when the product is delivered, it seemed it's not the DXDelivery's network that was hit by the thunderstorms but it was my brand new expensive bike that was hit by the thunderstorms!!!
The box was all ripped and trampled and the driver casually said that something must have fallen onto It but the bike seems okay...
How this company is still operating with such poor standard is beyond belief!!!

Absolute nightmare. Unreliable service with very poor service standards

Ordered some products after checking the availability on the LSD website and confirming that the products were available. Waited for 2 weeks for the product to arrive but only to receive a call 2 weeks later from the order saying that part of the order is out of stock. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible and I’m now having to order the same products from a different supplier having incurred 2 weeks lost time due to the incapability if LSD.
Had to chase customer services twice weeks after to receive a refund for the order I had to cancel due to unavailability of products.
Would never recommend if you’re looking for a good reliable service.

The order you placed was in stock with Bradstone when stock was checked before you placed the order.

Sadly this was a mistake with Bradstone's stock level as the order was emailed across straight away. They confirmed the order and said it would take 3-4 working days to get ready. After this time had passed Bradstone sent an email saying there was a issue with stock and they had run out. The stock list was wrong as there were no packs left when time came to getting your order ready.

A call was made to explain the situation to yourself as soon as possible.

The order came in on the 12th or May and the refund was processed on the 20th or May.

We are very sorry and totally understand the frustration. Sadly we were both let down by Bradstones stock control system. We hope you from what you need for your garden project.
