This was brought as a gift for my sister who had never done anything like it before I chose the medium level and she loves it says it’s very therapeutic

The cashier was polite , explained and helped with my queries

Driver was very polite and put it where I wanted it as it was heavy for me to carry

Very good service was kept updated on delivery time and as I missed the first day it was delivered the next

Very pleased with my frames that I ordered very reasonable price and although I had a problem that 2x were damaged by delivery the customer service was excellent and replacement sent straight away will definitely be using again
