Purchased a pair of Ecco men’s dress shoes about 18 months ago. Third time wearing them the soles fell off, complained to Ecco and Stephanie customer service said they had trouble with hydrolysis in shoes. I paid approx $180 cost me $60 each time I wore them. Been a long time customer of Ecco but no longer, they could at least offered me a substantial discount to keep me as a customer. I will say it’s not a quality product. Don’t think much of a company when they don’t stand behind their product. Very poor for a big company

Changed my email address with CVS and since have not received any email coupons in my new email. Always got them with my old email. Called Customer Service today nov 8, 2021 he said I need to go to store to receive in-store coupons. Now I am expected to go 40 mins round trip to CVS to see what coupons are in machine and maybe do same thing next day. That is not how I operate. I plan what I need to buy and if it’s doesn’t have a coupon so be it. I used the email coupon for more expensive products. Now I will buy more expensive products elsewhere

USPS Management & Employees: priority envelope sent from River Grove, IL to FL cost $7.40 incl .55c for Insurance, took 5 days. Very poor service and don’t blame our employee at our Post Office/mailboxes, she is the best. It’s time you get your act together, your getting good pay from the Government. Citizens deserve better service for our money

Purchases 3 Zip up robes at Belks, one I took back, zipped it up and couldn’t get out of it (hubby helped) 2nd two have zippers that are a real pain to zip and they are Miss Elaine. I am told it’s a quality product, they must not know quality. Suggest they go to some other country (will not mention country of manufacture) to get their robes. Thank God I am not buying anymore

Disappointed! The Raw Chicken Breast has antibiotics, I for one do not need any more antibiotics in my body. You are pricey on everything but I like Publix
The people are wonderful. Time to change to antibiotic free for Chicken. Not buying any more chicken from them. They should try Purdue Chicken, no antibiotics
