Very poor service
Ordered a gift to be delivered next day, at 5pm still hadn’t received confirmation the order has been shipped. Contacted customer services to be told the item isn’t in stock. Very poor service!

We therefore spent the whole day attempting to source this for you so we wouldn’t have to let you down. When you messaged us we replied within the minute and refunded you immediately as well as provide you with a discount code for the trouble. We have also messaged you once again to apologise for this and attempt to resolve your experience with us but you have not yet replied.
