I have used My Builder on a couple of occasions.

I have used My Builder on a couple of occasions, for plumbing work and more recently having a laminate floor laid in my kitchen.
I found the workmen to be punctual, polite and do an excellent job at a fair price.
I would always recommend them.

Here at last.…

I ordered and paid for a 3 piece suite from Harveys , in February this year. Delivery was to be in June, but, no sign of it. To cut a long story short, the suite WAS delivered on Saturday 10 October. I thought I'd lost my money when Harveys went into administration.

Still waiting for my refund.

I returned a faulty wildlife camera to easylife for a refund on the 1st July.(order no OR11403372).
I emailed an address given to me via Trustpilot, chasing the 79.99 they owe me, but still, nearly 3 months on, I haven't heard from them.
This is absolutely disgusting, from a company that bombards you with catalogues, and of which I have been a fairly good customer.
Come on easylife! return my money!.

Hooray!, I've finally got my refund, after only 4 months!.
Why did it take so long?.

Where's my refund?

I returned a faulty wildlife camera to easylife on the 1st of July, for a refund of my £79.99. It says in their conditions that refunds will be made within 14 days.


It's now the 1st October and still nothing from them, despite being constantly bombarded with advertisement emails.
I thought easylife was a better company than this.

The current social distancing measures we have taken combined with the increase in orders has led to an increase in our usual response time to all customer service inquiries.
