pay more so staff can have more time for costumer service

just leaving parcel on door step then going, anybody could of took item and you would of said been delivered

will it ever get here

Length of time for delivery was very poor, plus two items ordered together and they arrived separately, making it so I had to arrange to be available twice which I didn't really have time for.
