No question. the firewood is great quality and burns well, but frustrated with inaccurate pre-delivery advice . I wanted to order a large pallet and called to check re. access arrangements. Our property can accommodate a 7.50t lorry, but was advised large pallets come on a larger lorry therefore I ordered a medium pallet. Driver was great, but advised could easily have delivered a large pallet as they do deliver large pallets on smaller lorries [7.50t and smaller].

Thanks for the feedback, I recall discussing this option with you, Unfortunately We are subject to the delivery companies terms and conditions. some lorries may have the ability to take the larger crate on the smaller lorry but it is rare. I feel the advise of taking the smaller pallet was justified as the cost and hassle caused by the the large pallet not being able to be delivered on the small lorry are substantial. great to know that this is a potential option for you moving forward. happy to apply a discount on your next order if that is ok. Ordered X-Lite X803 Ultra Carbon RS on Saturday evening, delivered by lunchtime the next day [Sunday!].
The usual excellent service and competitive prices from Sportsbikeshop. The helmet itself is superb, high quality carbon, very light, comfortable, superb vision, with clear and tinted visors included. Bought to replace the X803 which undoubtably saved me in an RTC earlier this year ; struck my head hard in 2 places, helmet damaged, not even a headache.

Excellent quality trousers and good value for money.
I'm 5ft 11 and 36'' inch waist and bought the 34'' after consulting the RST fitting chart ; the fit is very good. Leg length is subjective ; difficult for manufacturers as the right length when standing seems too short when riding, and vica versa.
I recommend buying the hip protection inserts as an optional extra.
Can't comment re. waterproofing yet but no reason to doubt them.
