I have not had an issue with my heart since 2016, but still have to pay over the odds.

Within the medical declaration section of the policy. anything related to your heart or circulatory system will always need to be declared irrespective of how long ago the issue took place. The cover you are provided with for the declared condition will not only cover the condition itself, but will also cover anything linked/related to the condition.

Curry’s failure to meet the terms of the contract.

Purchase a washing machine, arranged for delivery on 25/05/22. They ran up on the 24th to say they would not deliver, rearranged for the next week. Changed my plans for the Jubilee weekend because I needed a washing machine. Washing machine came with significant damage so sent back. Curry’s call centre rang told me I would have to sort it out and that they did not damage it. The inference being and despite I never touch it, that it was me who damaged it. Went to Curry’s Aylesbury the next day cancelled the contract due to Curry’s failure to perform the contract and got my money back
