APC have always been great. We are always told when to expect your delivery and they always place delivery where we have requested. For example, we have annual bulk buy compost bags delivered and during covid they delivered many of our frozen food online orders promptly and efficiently. They have all been friendly and helpful delivery drivers. Great Firm.

I needed to provide my monthly meter readings yesterday while the site was experiencing problems and I was unable to log in. However, a quick email to OVO with my readings got it sorted and they also replied within hours to confirm that my readings had been added. Thank you OVO. Been with OVO now for five years. Never had this sort of service from Npower or British Gas.

I obtained the items I needed via Click and Collect within hours of ordering on line. The staff were friendly and welcoming at the entrance of the store at the Click and Collect desk. What I was most impressed with was seeing safe practice, social distancing and thorough sanitising. The best shop/store I have visited under the Covid-19 restrictions.

I have now received my order. Very recently I gave a rating of One Star as I had not heard anything from the company for a month since placing my order.

I subsequently received a phone call from the company. The worker explained that they had not been at work for about a month. She arranged for my order to be despatched immediately and I received it two working days later via Parcelforce. The storage bags I ordered are excellent, and so I want to thank Tracy at the company for sorting out the delay with my order.

Clearly this company has struggled during the coronavirus crisis, and I would advise them to have auto-reply emails explaining the reason for delay, so that customers don't feel they are being ignored.
