I just did a working holiday in Australia. Trailfinders provided cheaper flights and a free visa to increase backpackers in Australia post-pandemic. To begin with, I had issues with booking the trip, but what sets Trailfinders apart is the attention to customer experience. When you have a booking to do a Uluru day tour and travel all the way up to Alice springs on a 20hour coach and book accommodation only for the tour to be cancelled, it’s awful. The app actually says I’ve got a confirmed booking still. Awful company.

Great package holiday. Travelled alone and it was made easy, stress-free and pretty much everything you want from a holiday experience. Flight, transfer and accommodation all great.

Had a great time at the Experience day yesterday. It was ran by Elicia (Johnson) who is a massage therapist, Elicia taught us about subjective assessment, massage techniques and we applied these to pre and post event massage - which was amazing hands on experience (FOR FREE). I highly recommend the experience days for anyone who’s interested in following the sports massage or physiotherapy pathway. Thanks Elicia and Physio.co.uk!!!

Incredible service. Great communication (Erin particularly was super helpful!) and I’m really happy with the quality of binding for my dissertation. It arrived in 2 days… Unbelievable stuff. Couldn’t recommend any more!
