Terrible app… constantly freezing after ad breaks, or dropping out. Then you have to watch all the ads again. Takes for ever to watch an episode because of this. Seems to have no problem streaming ads but not your chosen programme!

Terrible service. I have used Parcel2Go for the last year and when it works all is well. Unfortunately when there is an issue their response is very poor and I feel they do not take any responsibility. On the several occasions where I have had to contact them (live chat - there is no number) I have not had a satisfactory resolution and have had to chase them all the time. Beware if you do not open an enquiry for a lost or undelivered parcel within 28 days (which can easliy happen if the recipient doesn't notify you) they refuse to help you.
I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
