7 weeks and still waiting for some sort of update
It has been 7 weeks now since they received my impressions, I’ve asked for updates multiple times but just keeping getting told ‘very shortly’ ‘soon’. I haven’t even received my 3D visuals yet so who knows if I’ll ever even get my aligners - online states that aligners will be sent within 20 days but this is clearly a lie.
