They’re great but they don’t update stock availability in a live way so you end up chasing items that they don’t have. Postage also needs to be specific to size and weight of goods bought rather than a flat rate

Good but I paid for fast shipping and although it shipped quickly it wasn’t dispatched quickly so it’s not worth it

I just wanted to clarify the timeframes around your order. When you order was placed we advised that your order would be delivered on or before Thursday the 23rd of January. Your order was dispatched on the 22nd in line with the delivery dates advised.
There was an attempted to deliver your order on the 23rd, but it looks like you were not available to take the delivery.
We aim to make these dates and timeframes as visible as possible, on the product listing and order confirmations.
