The system seems to operate well and do what it claims it does. Had no viruses or other security issues the whole time using it. It always seems to be user friendly, have not had to get clarification on any procedures or other communications.

Found the contacts I spoke with well informed and honest. Decided not to change insurers but have done so based on solid facts, some provided by Insurance Hotline.
