When something goes wrong there is no one worse than boots. They delivered a poorly packed parcel to me where the items had burst with liquid spilling everywhere. The courier had packed it in a bag so once it arrived I took a picture and sent it straight back with the delivery guy. Boots are refusing to refund the order as the item has still not arrived back at their warehouse over a month later but this isn't my problem as far as I am concerned. Poor service, avoid.

I've been a regular customer of Mr.Porter for years and found them to be dependable for quality and notable for service when things go wrong - after all that is part of the high-end experience that we are buying into.

This year I bought a coat from Mr.P, a brand I've been loving for quality and value, which had a retail price over €1000.

After 4 wears the seams on the pockets had come away. Knowing the price I paid I assumed that I had mistakenly been sent a defective product as I'd expect a €1000 coat to last a lifetime.

I brought this to the attention of Mr. Porter customer care in January and after numerous follow ups, I have not had a response / resolution since the original acknowledgement.

This coupled with a few issues I've had with deliveries is totally unacceptable for a brand that purports to be a luxury retailer; things have really gone down hill here and I won't be returning or recommending. Avoid.

I spent €12 on shipping and 2 weeks later nothing has arrived. Contacted customer service and they said there has been a lot of orders so there is a delay but I received no contact from them in advance of my complaint. Their suggestion to resolve the situation was to cancel my order. Avoid, there's plenty places online for t-shirts, this company is a scam.

The only challenge you'll have with Bowimi is what to do with the time saved not having to analyse massive spreadsheets and disparate data any more. We're about a month into the team using Bowimi and it's already changed the game for us. Getting set up with Frankie was a dream, can't recommend enough.

Appalling customer service response times. Generally when a small business is contacting you about something to do with payments it is urgent - waiting 24-48 hours for a response (which is generally pathetically unhelpful) is unacceptable. Total disregard for your customers as this is clearly an ongoing issue based on reviews below.

Avoid if you can.

Blessed (or cursed?) with big legs, I've forever struggled to find quality and smart trousers (not too tight, not too baggy, smart but not formal, casual but not lounge wear) until I came across Mr Marvis by chance in Amsterdam. The girls in the store couldn't have been more helpful but didn't have my size in the colour I wanted in stock. Instead I ordered online once they became available again and the process was quick, easy and quite pleasant. My order arrived in lightening speed which was surprising to me and I basically haven't taken my pair of Longs off since. I'll be ordering every colour!

This stuff is magic. I buy it religiously and have completely replaced coffee in my weekday routine for focus and energy with no anxiety or jitters. Buy it.

This stuff is powdered gold! I have been waiting for this for so long and when it finally arrived I was not disappointed. I'll be subscribing because this is now a daily ritual for me!

Fit, flexibility and quality. As a guy with big legs and a hectic lifestyle, I've never found trousers that looked smart and stylish, were flattering and were comfortable to wear. The 24's are the holy trinity - bravo
