Delivery early, very polite.

Delivery expected later in the day, but received a call to say they were in the area if we could accept the delivery earlier. Very polite and care taken during delivery.

So far not the greatest.....
Items ordered and paid for one week ago. I've received the order confirmation and absolutely nothing since. No indication of when items will be received, but a request for a review?!?!?

Hi, I have tracked your order for you. I can see it was sent last week on a palletised service and has arrived at your local depot on Saturday. They are trying to contact you currently to get the delivery booked in. They won't usually attempt delivery until they have spoken to someone to ensure it's convenient as it's such a large item, pallets of this size can't be left etc.
Any issues however please contact our sales team who will be happy to give you further information.

Apologies the review has arrived before the goods, these are scheduled to go out a 2-3 days after the order leaves us and in this case that was before the delivery was booked in for delivery.

Superb Quality and Price

We initially travelled from Scotland and visited the showroom to view the quality before making our decision. Very happy with this, we spent many hours designing our kitchen when we got home. The order was placed and took around 10 weeks to arrive (2021 covid). Our joiner did make an error whilst fitting and we never noticed until our quartz worktops (local company) had already been fitted, so we unfortunately had to order a reduced sized bin unit and blanking panel. However as we had the original order, the delivery fee was waived and we received the replacement unit quickly to allow the dishwasher to be installed in the now right sized gap.
Now 2 years since installation, the kitchen is still in perfect working order, and still looks as new. Have recommended DIY Kitchens to several friends and family who were looking at getting a new kitchen

Kept 1 of 3 items

I ordered 3 identical items HP G5 docking stations. 1 of which was kept, the other two returned as one had no charger and the other had been supplied with an incorrect charger. The quality control could do with improvement, but the Customer service is good however and refund process is easy.

Shocking Behavoir!!!

UPDATE - Their customer service care that much they reply 7 months later. The car went to auction, and is now for sale in Belfast for just over £18k, so they clearly didn't make what they wanted at auction. Karma ;-)


I have leased a car from Alphabet GB for the last 4 year,. They have received almost £30k in total from me and BMW. We were planning to purchase the vehicle and got a quote for this in April to give an indication of the price, this was provided and compared to the market value of the car which we were happy with. Fast forward 4 months, now the car has 4 weeks left of the contract, and the purchase price has now increased by almost £7k!!!! Whilst the car market is going well, this is an overinflated price and just corporate greed. I will now have to push to get my private plate off the car within the next 4 weeks, despite the 8 week timescales they quote. Feel like I am being held to ransom.

Great size and looks stylish.

Great size and looks stylish.
Couple of things require improvement for 5 stars in my opinion.
There was water ingress at the rear while raining and paperwork was getting damaged. I have placed a rubber cover over the top rear, hanging over the back, and this has solved this problem.
Only other little thing I feel there should be is a idiot proof label on the lid stating to lift for parcels. Again, solved by writing in a permanent marker to 'lift the lid' to help those lacking in common sense 😉
Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Bowflex Max 6

Received Bowflex Max 6 only 3 weeks after ordering, when 6 weeks was given for the delivery timescale. Was advised XPD were delivery service and I have had terrible problems with them damaging items, then saying they have delivered something and hadn't, BUT absolutely no issues here. Good tracking, polite driver. Couldn't have asked for more. Machine is amazing!
