I cannot get CCleaner 7 to work!

After using CCleaner for many years, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the latest CCleaner 7, which after trying to get working and following Piriform's AI advice for trouble shooting, I wasted over an hour and still could not get it to work. Now trying to find an old version to download. Nb. Windows 10 installation.

Upon clicking the 'search' button it kept giving error

Upon clicking the 'search' button it kept giving error "We're unable to find flights for your selected itinerary", despite it recognising the departure and arrival airports, airline, etc. Nb, straightforward flight from Gatwick direct to Murcia Spain! Tried several times, disappointed.

Customer Service @ Admiral POOR

Rang Sunday to add a speeding conviction to my car policy. Spoke to customer services rep, who had an accent that made it difficult to understand - he said that he would add it and that there would be nothing more to pay, with the speeding conviction being taken into account at next renewal quote. Today checked my policy online, and found it had not been added!!! I added it myself online, which I had not realised I could have done. I then went to leave a review using the survey link provided by text message after the call, to find that the link does not work.
I then phoned customer services today to say that I was unhappy that the advisor had not done what he'd said he'd done yesterday, only to find after some 5+ minutes, that he was not interested in improving Admiral's customer service, only in defending his colleague... So I ended the call politely saying that as I was ringing as I thought Admiral would want to improve their customer service, and as he seemed not interested, I was ending the call.

If you have received a motoring offence mid-term, we do not need to add the offence until the Renewal as we do not charge any additional premium for a term which started before the licence was updated. 111 Call handler off hand, deliberately pretended not to hear us, then terminated call?! minutes, not bothering to phone alternative number as agreed?!promised?!

111 Call handler off hand, seemed to deliberately pretend to not to hear us and terminated call within few minutes, not bothering to phone original or alternative number as agreed?!
This happened yesterday Thursday 12th August 2021, about 17.40, after my daughter agreed with A&E St Richard's Hospital Spitalfields Lane Chichester West Sussex that we would phone 111 from outside the hospital first.
At the beginning of the phone call (with my 26y daughter listening), call handler started acting as if he could not hear us, so we agreed that he would phone my main mobile if reception got difficult (number provided), and I raised my voice to help, then after giving personal details (where he found me on system) and before I was able to give any details of urgent medical problem for which I need help, he suddenly started to 'pretend?' to not hear us, then terminated call, and did not bother trying to phone us back on either telephone number as agreed?! However, from the beginning of the call he sounded 'off' and not very friendly... maybe he was coming to the end of his shift?! Not very professional and not very good customer service. 111 please get in touch if you want to know more.

No one can be trusted if they have 50+ 5 star reviews, and no 4 out of 5 reviews, whether buying a product or, as in this case reviewing a consultant!!

A consultant who I have seen 6+ times over the last 6 years is not perfect and 'listening' is certainly not 5 out of 5 stars......... so how surprised was I to find that he has 5 out of 5 stars 50+ times, with no scores below. Common 'I want great care', pull the other leg!!!!!!
