Customer Service @ Admiral POOR
Rang Sunday to add a speeding conviction to my car policy. Spoke to customer services rep, who had an accent that made it difficult to understand - he said that he would add it and that there would be nothing more to pay, with the speeding conviction being taken into account at next renewal quote. Today checked my policy online, and found it had not been added!!! I added it myself online, which I had not realised I could have done. I then went to leave a review using the survey link provided by text message after the call, to find that the link does not work.
I then phoned customer services today to say that I was unhappy that the advisor had not done what he'd said he'd done yesterday, only to find after some 5+ minutes, that he was not interested in improving Admiral's customer service, only in defending his colleague... So I ended the call politely saying that as I was ringing as I thought Admiral would want to improve their customer service, and as he seemed not interested, I was ending the call.
