Ridiculous design - worst ever

Ridiculous design. Can't ever get a signal on the train and you can't take a screenshot. The staff refuse it all the time and I've even been threatened with physical removal from a train as I refused to pay the "fine" - good luck trying that. It looks as if it's all to do with the app having to have a consistent connection to make the stupid colour logo change - that's impossible on the hopeless train wifi and the mobile signal is just as bad at any kind of movement. I'm opting back for a physical one next time and have an ongoing case with Railcard as they won't issue me one as I have the digital version. We'll see how that works out. I did have to laugh the last time this happened though - the guard said I'd have to leave at the next station as I refused to pay the "fine" and I think he was surprised when I agreed. It was my stop....

Hopeless interface with Ebay

Hopeless interface with Ebay. Bought a label based on the Ebay dimensions and weight then got charged extra after delivery. Not the first time this has happened and they charge over the top on a normal Evri service. Complete waste of time will never use again.

Not impressed......

Not impressed. Opened a new ISA to transfer in from another provider. Fairly easy until they sent me an email asking me to wait for login details to arrive in the post(?). And also reminding that I'd need my personal ID number ) to complete the transaction - and not so helpfully provided the last 4 numbers. Well, I don't have any other Santander accounts so definitely don't have an ID number with them so that's not going to work. Tried to call but gave up after 28 minutes on hold. Tried the ridiculous chatbot and gave up there as well. Seems like there's no way to contact them so why I give my hard earned cash to them to look after? So I now have an open account which I'll never put anything into which will no doubt generate more communication and more time wasting. It won't be me wasting my time though.....
I suspect it's just the poor way that the comms are written but if they can't get that right then that's as far as I'm taking it.

Really easy to order and the delivery…

Really easy to order and the delivery date choice is excellent. Plenty of comms about what to expect on the day etc. Nice product, arrived on time and a cheerful driver offloaded for me. I've knock off a star as the fixings and instructions etc were missing but to be fair they called me the next day after m leaving a message in the evening and apologised - no faffing around having to send photos or proof and a very pleasant chap apologised. In fairness, the delivery came direct from the manufacturer (or wholesaler) so it wasn't their fault but it's their name on the sale! These things happen - they sorted another delivery promptly. I'm pleased with the service but it was a shame I had to wait for the fixings. Never mind, the situation was dealt with professionally and I'd buy again from them.

Data leak?

The site goes to great lengths to tell you there's been a data leak and to change your password. However, trying to do this is impossible. The link doesn't work and no email ever received. Interesting enough, this site logs me into my account without ever having to enter my details so the whole thing is flawed. Would I book anything through here again? - probably not. And given the poor press it's had about scammers using the site with fake holidays etc.....that's another no thanks.

Unbelievably good product and service

Unbelievably good product and service. I've just finished making the remarkably well made racing car and I'm amazed by the engineering that goes into these models. They go tother well, the instructions are clear and concise and what's more if you break a piece they'll send you a replacement free of charge! I'm hooked and will be ordering another one today!

Not falling for this.....

Not falling for this. The volume of spammy emails I got after just going through the tedious so-called analysis of my dogs behavioural problems was unbelievable. Any company that pressurises a potential customer that hard doesn't get my business. And it certainly would get my card details. I'm sure lots of Facebook buyers fall for this but there's no way they can personalise a dog training plan online. Any decent trainer will tell you why....

The unit works pretty well considering…

The unit works pretty well considering it's either on GPS or subject to the usual mobile network issues. However, the battery life is nowhere near as advertised. I've had loads of comms with the team and the end result is that they recommend you buy another accessory called a base station to upgrade the product to match the original claims about battery life. This isn't acceptable - it shouldn't be advertised with a battery life that it clearly can't achieve.

Airwick essential mist diffuser - customer service

Airwick essential mist diffuser. Smelt nice, worked for around 6 weeks - changed the bottle, changed the batteries. One puff and that's it - no more action. Batteries showing full charge, bottle full but the unit was just dead. Battled with their customer service who asked for barcodes, batch numbers and photos, proof of purchase etc. I really can't be faffing around with this so it's in the bin. Would never buy another one - I accept that things go wrong but there's a way to deal with customers when you're talking about something that must cost less than £2.00 to produce.....
Now they keep bombarding me with the same request for information.......

Great service....

I've had a few pairs of these now and the product is great but I've had a few issues with the sizing which I've found to be slightly inconsistent. However, on 2 occasions the team there have been really helpful and sent out replacements within a few days. I really can't fault the customer service hence the 5 stars. I'm still a bit cautious over the quality control regarding sizes. Hopefully that will get sorted as once you've found your size they're really good.

Excellent service and product

Order place on the 23rd July, delivered on the 25th, returned on 25th (didn't fit) postage paid, replacement arrived back with me on the 31st. Kept updated by Hoka and by the courier at every step. Unbelievably good customer service and the product is superb.
In case you're wondering about the fit - I chose a Clifton 9 shoe and am normally an 8 or 7.5 but I needed an 8.5 (UK) to fit correctly.

I didn't get any acknowledgement after…

I didn't get any acknowledgement after I registered my new door lock and can't see any way to log in and check which keys I've registered - which makes the whole process pretty pointless.

Awful - designed not to work.....

What a ridiculous system. After what seems like years collecting these worthless points I tried to redeem them today at Sainbury. Told I couldn't do that as I hadn't used my card at that store within the last 12 months. Went online and had to reset passwords over and over again to get Nectar and Sainsbury to relink. Impossible to allocate points to a purchase. Now trying to cancel the account entirely and get my data wiped which is virtually impossible over the chat system. This really is the worst reward system ever - it's just a data collection device.

Another day, another batch of cancellations

Another day, more cancellations. This isn’t a real train company it’s more like trying to hitch a ride but you have to pay for it. This evenings service out of Paddington is appalling. Just seen my last train has been cancelled. Every week just sees more delays and cancellations. Bring the railways back under Govt control and stop the race to the bottom tendering exercise….

Hopeless- no ownership of their product

Hopeless - the label they issued after I'd read through all the size and weight criteria wasn't accepted as valid by the shipper. My parcel was sat at a depot for three weeks and my Ebay buyer raised a case and got a refund as I couldn't provide any info. They then got back in touch and asked me to raise a complaint which I did. Then they rescinded on the label cost and tried to deliver the parcel after I'd refunded it. I then had to raise another case to get the parcel sent back to me (which didn't happen). I requested a refund and sent them back all their own correspondence and haven't heard a word in the past month. Every email just referred me to the courier rather than them doing the work - it's their issue as I bought the service through them. I've asked them for their complaints procedure but no reply. If it was a larger amount I'd go to the Ombudsman but I really can't be bothered. I just won't use them again, A complete bunch of amateurs and no ownership of their so-called service. Every communication that I send opens another case and they just close the current one to keep their stats up - this smacks of an organisation driven by KPI's that don't reflect the true state of their service. Ebay were't interested despite it being part of their offer. I'm a big Ebay user and will use a courier direct in future.
Updated Dec 2023 - now they're asking me to get proof of non-delivery from the buyer who requested a refund (quite rightly) for the parcel which they know didn't arrive........unbelievable. I'm not communicating with them any longer and won't even consider using them again.
Updated Jan 2024 - they're still requesting that I ask the buyer to sign to say they didn't get the parcel. This is customer service at it's worst. It's now apparently my fault I can't get a refund because I won't pester the buyer to give me written confirmation that the parcel didn't arrive even though they've admitted it didn't. I expect I'll get another auto email after they've read this......
