One of our lamps was faulty so I emailed the team and they arranged a replacement straight away. The light is great, everything I was hoping for. It has lots of settings and is super quiet. Highly recommend and thanks again Lunie for your help! :)

The product itself is great but beware that their customer service is a bit all over the shop. Each time I’ve made a purchase I’ve been informed a week later that they are out of stock. One time the product was even still listed as in stock online when they emailed me.
Because they have a fair few people working on their customer support I’ve been offered discounts and free products but then denied by another person when they pick up an email.
It’s been super disappointing, time consuming and frustrating dealing with this company. If I had my chance again I would purchase another tens machine that was cheaper and probably a better customer service.
