Tracey Bryant has always been pleasant, polite and extremely helpful when we have been choosing wines. She ALWAYS rings when she says she is going to which is somewhat unusual these days.She has given us some good advice and we have liked all the wines she has recommended. Her colleagues have also been very helpful but with Tracey we have that all important personal touch.
